Avo Photonics is committed to protecting your personal information, which is regulated under applicable data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation.

The personal information we collect and use – When interacting with our Customers, Suppliers, and employment Candidates, we may collect and store the personal information you provide. It should be understood that your legitimate interest in communicating with Avo Photonics is considered consent to subsequent interactions.

How we use your personal information – Avo Photonics may use your personal information to 1) send you general marketing information, 2) communicate with you in response to your inquiries, requests, comments, or suggestions:

Potential Customers – information provided to Avo by those seeking to learn more about us or to contract our services will be stored in a CRM database

Suppliers – information will be stored in our Purchasing System so that we may contact you about future material or service requirements

Employment Candidates – Documents including resumes/CVs and employment applications may be retained and processed to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and requirements including, but not limited to, Title VII, EEOC, ADA, and ADEA.

With whom is your personal information shared? – Avo Photonics will not share your information with anyone.

How long personal information is kept? – It should be assumed that the information shall be held indefinitely. Personal information can be removed from our database at any time, upon your request. All Reasonable Commercial Effort will be exercised to remove your information from all our files. For legal/contractual or quality control reasons, some information may need to be retained.
