Are you a Fiber Optic Assembler who likes a challenge and wants to work on cutting edge technology for industry leading customers?  If you are, then we want to talk with you! To support our steady growth, we are seeking Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing.

Specifically:

• Assist in assembly and maintenance of Fiber Optic Test Stations

• Install and replace fiber optic fanout cables, performing routing and cable management

• Efficiently cleave and splice optical fibers to produce consistent high-quality fusion splices

• Clean optical fiber plugs and receptacles

• Carefully follow defined procedures to test and calibrate Fiber Optic Test Stations

• Install/replace components and instrumentation in Fiber Optic Test Stations as assigned

• Work cooperatively with other team members

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Steady hands and good manual dexterity for handling optical fiber

• Minimum one year experience with cleaving and fusion splicing optical fiber

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to accurately follow defined processes and procedures

• Ability to quickly learn new procedures
