- Potential Customers - information provided to Avo by those seeking to learn more about us or to contract our services will be stored in a CRM database
- Suppliers - information will be stored in our Purchasing System so that we may contact you about future material or service requirements
- Employment Candidates – CVs held until either passed/no offer, at which point all documents are deleted, or employed, at which point online documents are printed, locked and soft versions deleted.
With whom is your personal information shared? - Avo Photonics will not share your information with anyone.
How long personal information is kept? - It should be assumed that the information shall be held indefinitely. Personal information can be removed from our database at any time, upon your request. All Reasonable Commercial Effort will be exercised to remove your information from all our files. For legal/contractual or quality control reasons, some information may need to be retained.
