Todd Rixman, Program Manager
Todd Rixman manages programs with expertise across Avo’s market categories. He previously served as technical manager at Princeton Lightwave and was responsible for the development and production of electro-optic components used in defense, telecommunications, instrumentation, and medical applications. Mr. Rixman also served in product development, design and production capacities at JDS Uniphase and Kulicke & Soffa Industries. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and PMI-recognized project management certification from Penn State University.
